The civil war in Syria is having a devastating effect on the lives of millions of people. CAFOD been working with local church partners in Syria since early 2012. Join us at St Alban’s Parish centre on Wednesday, 30 September, for an evening with Alan Thomlinson, Emergency Programme Manager for Syria and learn more about CAFOD’s work in Syria.

As the war continues life in Syria is increasingly difficult. One third of the refugees who have made the harrowing and dangerous journey to Europe have fled the conflict in Syria. CAFOD and our supporters are calling on the Prime Minister to do more to support vulnerable Syrian refugees resettling in the UK.
